We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for services booked with Sunny Advance Cleaning Services.
1. Cancellations by Client:
- For Regular Commercial/Residential Cleaning: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a regular cleaning appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
- For Specialty/Emergency/Large Projects: For services like post-construction cleaning, industrial cleaning, or large event cleaning, a longer notice period (e.g., 48-72 hours) may be required for cancellation without charge. This will be specified in your individual service agreement. Cancellations outside this period may result in a non-refundable deposit or a cancellation fee.
2. Refunds:
- Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will promptly address your concerns and, if necessary, arrange for a re-clean of the unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge. Full refunds are typically not offered unless a re-clean is not feasible or does not resolve the issue.
- Pre-paid Services: For pre-paid services or packages, any refunds for cancellations within the permitted notice period will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- No-Shows: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property or the client is a “no-show” without prior notice, the full service fee may be charged.
3. Cancellations by Sunny Advance Cleaning Services: In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment malfunction). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule the service at your earliest convenience, or offer a full refund for any pre-paid services.
