5. Damages & Breakages: While our team takes utmost care, in the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will investigate the matter promptly.
6. Limitation of Liability: Sunny Advance Cleaning Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability will be limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
