2. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the agreed-upon time, ensuring a safe working environment for our staff, and removing any valuable or fragile items before cleaning commences.

3. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in your service agreement.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling or rescheduling services.

5. Damages & Breakages: While our team takes utmost care, in the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will investigate the matter promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability: Sunny Advance Cleaning Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability will be limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
